Admin Portal: Bring in new fields to act as source of truth for all relevant DM details

Today we are using a separate database to house all key details for a published DM to showcase to users, including fields such as: Publication Date, DM Owner, Build Team, DM Architect, Sample Deliverables, Sample Automations, ePro model availability, etc. Can we bring this all into Admin Portal and create reports / dashboards directly from the true central repository to reduce data conflicts and manual checks.
