Ability to toggle on and off visibility to client deliverable in client portal

Looking for a way to turn something off or on as visible for client deliverables when using client portal. Currently a client can view things that are marked as client deliverable but we may want some review for now

@Courtney/Alex Burr - Is this feedback going to include files underneath the client deliverable? Speaking with Klinttin Lynch, there is a concern around file permissions. Essentially, in current state, any file in a client deliverable could be seen by the client; this includes drafts of a file, which is not ideal. Their hope was to move it from concourse folder/general folder where clients can't see the draft. However after the draft is completed and moved to where clients can see it, the permission doesn't change. So if you attached it to a client deliverable, that file maintains the privileges of what it was originally attached to the concourse item as, regardless of if you moved it to a different folder.

This means that if we restrict clients from seeing a file (i.e. a draft), they won't be able to see the final draft of the file once it's moved to somewhere they should be able to see it. And vice versa; if a client sees something they're not supposed to because it's in a folder they have access to, even after moving it to a folder they don't have access to, apparently they can still access it anyway as the permissions carry forward.

(Or was this remedied with the changes to Client Portal from 3/2/23?)

I like this idea--similar feature to how we're able to share individual folders or files in a Sharepoint.
