Survey & Assessment: Show Survey preview as the survey is being built on the fly

As a Listen survey creator, I would like to see the preview of the survey that is being built in real time, so that I don't have to click on preview survey everytime, wait for the new window to open in order to look at the updates. This becomes more important when I make updates to code blocks, looking at the updates in real time will be great (perhaps on the right hand pane)
