I was not able to change delivery map for workspace after creating one. Under settings it is greyed out and adding tasks manually would take too long as well as a new space is not convienent.

You're correct, as of today you're unable to edit the Delivery Map on the Settings page after workspace creation. Instead of adding tasks manually, you could import items from a different workspace that uses the Delivery Map you need, if you have access to one.
