Engagement Calendar : Preview cards when clicking on an item in the calendar view

As a Concourse user, I would like to see a preview card on the items I click in the Engagement Calendar app vs taking me away from the app to a new tab and into the work item details. By the time this tab loads with the details of work items, the user would lose their attention span. Also, the users who come here to this Engagement Calendar app hope to see all the details at a high level quickly. Therefore, showing a preview card would be more beneficial, which will allow the user to click on multiple items inside the Engagement Calendar app and get insights on the work item.
