Concourse & Jira DC Portal

Today Concourse doesn't validate the URLs when digital assets are being added by the end user in Concourse. Users can easily create junk assets. Even texts can be added in the URL box and Concourse treats them as digital assets added by users. There should be a simple validation to check if the string entered is a valid URL (perhaps using a regular expression?). If the url isn't valid, then accelerators or automations shouldn't be allowed to be created. Having junk assets will cause confusion to engagement teams and won't add any value!
