Work Load Balancing: Provide a way to check a team member's weekly work load before assigning them tasks

As a way to balance team members' workload:

  • Please provide a way to check a team member's daily/weekly workload

  • Rebalance/reassign tasks between team members

  • Be able to specify team member's engagement staffing percentage and only assign hours based on it
