Add ability to bulk update tags in deliverable screen

Loving the tag feature and the bulk update, can you add the ability to bulk update items with a tag? Would be super helpful when assigning sprint tags

This Idea is in relation to our native PMO pages in Concourse which we are no longer supporting. We are currently working on a migration plan for teams with active projects to move to Jira Cloud. Please be on the lookout for the migration communications so you can use the Delivery features found in Jira Cloud.

Hi Kate! Thanks again for this idea! The team is planning to include this in a future Program Increment (PI)!

Thank you for this idea, Kate! I've assigned this to our team that focuses on the Deliverables page for their review, thanks again!
