Currently the 'Save to file' feature is hidden. Users have to click the 3 dots (...) next to the OPEN button to see the 'Save to file' option. Since the end users are interested in opening the templates and reviewing, it is natural tendency to click the OPEN button and go straight to the template vs clicking on the (...)

In talking to Invictus, there has only been 5 clicks in the last 90 days to use this feature. It'll be good to have a SAVE AS A COPY button or something similar. This will be more front and center, and users will understand that there's an easy way to copy and save templates directly within Concourse.
