Ability to add events to deliverables or tasks for detail view

Add the ability to move the "client events" function under client deliverables, internal deliverables, or tasks for tracking purposes. Add tracking at the event, task, and sub-task level to the Kanban board and Gantt chart views.

    We're closing this idea because Concourse no longer supports delivery execution natively in the platform
