Provide users a view into the work item hierarchy for parent / child relationships in the work item detail pane and allow navigation into another work item from there. When navigating into a work item from a notification email, or accessing from dashboard view, or viewing a deliverable with the main tab view collapsed, it would be helpful to see the parent/child related work items and be able to navigate to their respective work item detail screens as needed
