Ability to rename Workstreams and/or | Concourse & Jira DC Portal

Ability to rename Workstreams and/or manually connect to an existing Teams channel

I created a workstream and separately created a channel in Teams with the same name, but then renamed it in Teams. When I went to initiate a Chat from the Workstream view in Concourse, it created a new channel with the original name. I then deleted the new channel in Teams, but it still remembers it, so if I try to rename the new one back to its original name it won't let me. And I cannot rename the Workstream in Concourse either, so there is no ability to connect the Workstream to the Teams Channel, for chat or any other purpose.
