Deliverables Board View Sub-Tasks Merged

Add the ability to view sub-tasks in the Kanban board view of deliverables. Currently, the only levels that are available are internal deliverables or tasks, but being able to view sub-tasks in this way would also be really helpful as an additional layer option in this view.
