Allow Concourse to upload files from SharePoint into an associated Data Suites Workspace

For Saratoga, we need the ability to allow clients to upload via a designated Team's chat or designated SharePoint and then upload these files into an associated Data Suites workspace for processing.

    Enables users to look within their Workspace's document repository. To add on to the Workspace's SP instance, there is potential to associate to the engagement's Save It as well, which Concourse is currently integrated with.
