When mentioning/tagging a user in a Comment (e.g. in Deliverables) and typing the @sign, the list of users should progressively filter down the list and/or select the relevant user as you type so that you can just hit Enter when you have typed enough characters for the person's name.
Thank you for the update, Paul! I'll make sure to pass this along to the team!
Sharing the outcome for the good of the public. I have confirmed the issue. If the first character you type is uppercase, the filtering does not work. If it is lowercase, it works. But if it is lowercase and then you backspace and replace with uppercase it works again because the filtering was already triggered. Since my normal habit is to type people's names with initial caps, this was never working for me. It's a small bug but you can see that for some people it has a significant impact, not an edge case. Hopefully this is submitted as a bug and fixed. :)
Great, our tech team should be able to help you resolve this issue! Thanks again!
Hi Courtney, I have confirmed this is not working as you described and I have submitted INC18628749
Hi Paul! Thank you for the feedback!
You should be able to use the @ sign, begin typing someone's name and then hit enter to select them in the comments section on the Deliverables page. I was able to test this and it appears to be working on my end. It sounds like you may be experiencing a technical issue. I would suggest submitting a tech support ticket. You can find our support info on the Concourse Guide.
I also sent this over to our product team for their awareness!
Thanks again!
