Unable to create - says project title is duplicate

Concourse is telling me my project name is a duplicate - I have tried 10 different names

    Hi Carl! Thank you for submitting this! It sounds like you might be experiencing a bug. If you haven't already, I would suggest submitting a tech support ticket (see guidance here).
