As a content manager in USC, I would like to easily be able to filter items.

Currently the UX is limiting.

1) When I filter on a particular item, the filter display doesn't collapse when the user clicks elsewhere on the screen. The user has to click on the filter button for it to collapse. This should not be the case

2) After clicking on a particular library and navigating back to home, the filter criteria resets. I'd like to see the filters being retained instead of forcing user to reapply the filters each time
