Pls add "critical" to Severity drop down values to indicate which issues or risks are show stoppers

the dropdown value severity is not available in JIRA integration with Concourse. this is needed as some defects when raised in JIRA could be showstoppers and needed to be identified as Critical. As JIRA gets these values from Concourse, need this value to be added to the severity field asap as the defects are being logged actively but not tagged with the correct sev level

    This is one the fields we rely heavily for a lot of metrics including but limited to build the backlog, making decision on go-live and evaluating the health of the product
