Display preferred user name instead of legal name in Concourse

It seems that Concourse always uses legal names and not preferred names. This makes it confusing when you know a team member as one name (which shows up in emails and Teams) but they're in Concourse as a completely different name. I would expect Concourse to honor preferred names.
