Can we add more information on who to contact if necessary for each step or item? Also, are there documents that should be attached to provide more direction. Otherwise looks great!

We do have the ability to assign owners, members, and reviewers to work items which should help with understanding who to contact for specific items. You could also utilize the commenting feature or you could explore the "Community" section in Search which provides recommendations of other consultants assigned to similar work.
For documents, most work items that are coming from a Delivery Map will have content (like templates, Digital Assets, etc.) already added to them. However, you can attach or create your own documents too!
