Reduce Load Time for Previous Scopes in iScoping Tool

Currently, it takes approximately 10 minutes to open a previous scope. Reducing this load time would significantly enhance productivity and user experience.

    This has been resolved with a recent release. If still having an issue, please submit a Service Hub ticket ensuring the Business Service is set to Concourse.
