Include Withdrawn Items in Reports and Power BI Filters

Currently, withdrawn items are not included in the Excel reports and there is no filter for them in Power BI. Adding these items to the reports and providing a filter option in Power BI would offer a more comprehensive view and improve data analysis capabilities.
