RAID functionality - Additional fields and clarity on Escalation Level + Guidance Tips for users

Introduce a field viz Internal/ External to specify if a risk is Client Facing or Internal. All External Risks can then be copied directly into client reports.

Escalation Level options are Project Manager, PMO, Sponsor, SterCO. Couldn't understand them well. In an engagement context, risk would be raised to Engagement Manager->Engagement Partner or Client PM->LCP or Client PM-> Platform Leadership or SterCo. Pls consider making these client engagement specific.

Can there be some explanation on each of the fields that pops up on cursor movement. This will enable teams to use it better.
