PDM: Operation Engineering block sounds confusing

Several users in Canada and in Japan report that "Operational engineering" is a confusing name for a "testing"-related block. Would it be possible to rename it? Since 90% of the deliverables inside include the word "test" ?

    Hi @Guest - I’m aware this feedback was originally submitted over a year ago, and since then we have launched PDM, including the Delivery Standards and Offerings framework. Could you please review the current Testing Delivery Standards and confirm whether they address your needs or if there are still gaps we should consider?
