Improve an asset in Quality block

A key template in the Quality building block (this one) has "reference values" populated as if they are supposed to be used for dropdowns on other tabs but there are no active dropdowns. An improvement of the template / asset would be possible (build drop downs).

    At this time, the building blocks scoping flow is being decommissioned and will no longer be supported with updates, like this idea. Please use the offerings scoping flow going forward.
