Several bugs experienced when trying to add team members to Concourse.
When adding a team member, they would be in a loading state for multiple days. In concourse setting app, their name is greyed out with a loading bar and you are unable to delete them and try again. I had to file a servicenow ticket to resolve this.
I have successfully added a team member in Concourse, but they are not added to the teams channel or the sharepoint. In order to add team members directly to the teams channel, they must be added by the teams owner. There is only one teams owner, who is typically a partner.
