Reduce volume of deliverables

Overwhelmed by the number of deliverables and tasks that the scoping tool gave them.

Refresh Guidewire PDM (needs to be leaner and reflect that most Guidewire projects are managed in client tools). Need to start project from conception.

Utilizing Concourse for PwC Risk Management only, client tools used for build.

    Hi @Garrett Kelchner - Since you've submitted this request, PDM has been refreshed and revised to better represent the most relevant deliverables and tasks.

    Would you be able to review Concourse and confirm whether the updated PDM Guidewire framework now reflects a more streamlined and less overwhelming scope?
