Enable Access to Offering Storefront Information Within the Scoping Flow Merged

Put Simply:
The new Concourse scoping flow assumes users understand the firm’s offerings—but many do not. Without clear, accessible information about what each offering includes, users risk scoping inaccurately or inefficiently. We should explore ways to connect users to the Offering Storefront or similar content directly from the scoping experience.

Why It Matters:

  • The Offering Storefront (now Commercial Hub) consolidates critical content—like offering definitions, GTM positioning, tear sheets, and related tools—that users need to scope accurately.

  • Embedding or linking to this content at the right time will reduce confusion, improve accuracy, and accelerate the scoping process.

  • This supports both user enablement and broader GTM alignment by guiding teams toward the correct use of standardized offerings.

What’s Needed:

  • A thoughtful way to connect the scoping experience with the Offering Storefront.

  • Ideally, this access should feel intuitive and context-aware, giving users just enough information to proceed with confidence.

Not in Scope:

  • Redesigning or rewriting Offering Storefront content.

  • Full embedding of external storefront content into the scope flow UI at this stage.
