Why It Matters:

Improves comprehension: Especially useful for large or cross-practice engagements.
Supports flexibility: Teams can tailor delivery plans by selecting relevant blocks without needing to deeply edit the plan at the deliverable level.
Enables reuse: Standardized building blocks support more scalable, repeatable delivery.
What’s Needed:
A toggle or option in the delivery plan UI to organize by building blocks.
Clear grouping of deliverables within each block, with optional filters and quick actions.
Backend and data support to ensure every deliverable can be mapped to a building block.
