For high-impact pre-sales or client conversations, teams need to demonstrate exactly how they’d deliver a specific engagement. This feature would generate a demo workspace (e.g., in Jira) based on the draft scope in Concourse, populated with relevant assets, workflows, and structure tailored to that engagement.
Why It Matters:
Strengthens client trust: Lets clients see how work will be organized and managed before kickoff.
Enables personalized demos: Scope-driven demos are far more compelling than generic templates.
Speeds up pre-delivery alignment: Helps validate approach with clients earlier in the sales cycle.
What’s Needed:
Integration with Jira to spin up temporary workspaces based on scoped data.
Ability to pull in delivery map line items, assets, and configured templates.
UI control to “Create Demo Site” from a draft scope.
Access control and expiration logic for demo environments.
Admin tooling to manage templates and sync frequency.
