There are two key areas to improve in the new Admin Portal regarding Building Block management:
Default Status on Creation:
Currently, newly created Building Blocks default to an Active status, which poses a risk of them being prematurely displayed to end users without proper review. To mitigate this, consider setting the default status to Inactive, requiring a manual action to activate once validation is complete.
Validations Before Deletion:
To ensure safe deletion of Building Blocks, implement validations that require:
The Building Block to be explicitly set to Inactive before deletion is allowed.
All associations or linkages to be removed prior to permanent deletion.
This would help prevent accidental loss of data or broken references within the system.
