📝 Put Simply:
We need a simpler delivery tool for small to medium-sized PDM engagements—Trello could be a great fit.

💡 Why it Matters:
Jira Cloud works well for large engagements, but it's often too complex or heavy for smaller clients who still need a structured delivery process. Trello, being part of the Atlassian ecosystem, offers a familiar interface and could support many of the same GenAI capabilities. Supporting Trello would allow us to better serve a broader range of clients and keep them within the Atlassian + Concourse ecosystem, even if they aren’t ready for Jira Cloud.
