The current workspace “Close/Archive” flow is too ambiguous and has led to unintended workspace deletions.

Despite having confirmation dialogues, the language and experience do not sufficiently slow the user down or clearly differentiate between "archive" and "delete." This is a destruction flow, and it requires clearer action labels, default-safe options, and user-controlled input to avoid irreversible mistakes and loss of valuable data like engagement contracts.
