User flow improvement - labeling and selection process

Hi Team,
Scoping process is quite challenging for new users, due to high entry level of the tool and methodology. Based on discussion with Salesforce Working group, feedbacks from Global PDM Training and discussion with James, I propose to change UX part to boost the adoption. Solution that I propose:
1. When Technology is selected, to have preselected and labeled Building Blocks as "(Salesforce) Recommended". User can add or remove building blocks at this stage, but User does not require knowledge of PDM building blocks, which recommended for Salesforce. [We have a list of building blocks that are recommended for Salesforce projects]
2. Once Building blocks are selected, the same should be done for teams [Salesforce Team e.g. should be preselected by default based on technology selection].
3. When you are going to L1-L6 selection, you should also have selected mandatory L3-L4s [as it is now] and L4s recommended for Salesforce projects [based on the list of L4s mentioned above]. Those Recommended L4s should be labeled as "Recommended" [similar to Mandatory]. All other L3-L4s that are not matching with those criteria should be deselected.

Such flow will simplify scoping process and boost user experience and adoption. If any clarification is required - please let me know.

added on 17/07/2025: Also, it will be great if by using search level selection is not changing to L6 and is kept to the previously selected level.

Kind regards

Olek
