Once a contract is finalized in Icertis (e.g., a signed SoW), we need to trace that contract into Save It, where delivery, billing, and financial management occur. Knowing which document is the authoritative contract for the engagement would enable smarter downstream workflows and improve alignment between billing, delivery, and finance.
Why It Matters:
Improves downstream traceability: Ensures that Save It knows which contract governs the engagement—enabling accurate financial setup, billing, and controls.
Reduces risk and confusion: Avoids misalignment between scope, delivery data, and contractual commitments.
