Allow teams to hide or mark non-essential fields as optional for external users (like clients) to avoid overwhelming them during issue creation (e.g., decisions, risks).

Customization of required fields for clients is possible through advanced support services. Teams can hide nonessential fields or create Forms for specific issue types, but mandatory fields cannot be set differently for clients vs. internal users.
