Ability to search by typing in the offerings section of scoping

Currently, when you select an offering group, it shows all the offerings but there is no search bar to type in offerings. I would add to speed along finding offerings for users.

    Hi @Brittany McCann , We already have a story planned for this which will be done in the upcoming sprint. This functionality will be available in the July release.
