Delivery plan does not show Stages

Delivery plan section in new scoping does not show stages. I would add stages, I would include filters, etc that are currently available in BB scoping.

    7/30: Confirming that "Stage" has been added as a column in the delivery plan. As of today filtering is only available in the QA environment, but will be released to production this week.
