When a user creates a workspace and quickly completes the scope, the “Activate” button remains unavailable, but no message explains why. This creates confusion, as there's no visible indicator of what's causing the delay. Only by clicking the app switcher in the top corner can the user see that the SharePoint site is still provisioning.

Suggestion: Add a clear message or status indicator on the workspace page to inform users that activation is not yet possible because the SharePoint site is still provisioning. This will improve transparency and reduce user confusion.
