Concourse & Jira DC Portal

Was thinking it would be helpful if Concourse had the ability to track any engagement meetings that have taken place. One aspect would just be an interface on Concourse, perhaps one of the tabs, that allows engagement team members to log all of the meetings and pertinent details (date, attendees, materials, notes, action items) and potentially link back to deliverables - attachment provided as an example that has been used. A second functionality that could really automate this would be if each workspace had a designated email such that you could add/invite that email to any meetings which would automate recording some of the details in the meeting tracker.
