June 2025 UAT - Create a new workspace - Update with Scope with PDM Visual

On the create a new workspace page, the scope with PDM visual looks like it was created to represent the building blocks. Since we are removing building blocks, I would recommend updating the visual.

Throughout the creation process, update the visual at the top of the related screens too.
