June 2025 UAT - Impacts Save It data retention period

If we select yes to most of the unique engagement types, it says it will impact the Save It data retention period. I'm assuming it will result in the data needing to be saved for a longer duration. If that's the case can the teams later not close their Save It files upon completion of their projects because the data needs to be saved longer or will take be addressed for them on the backend and they can close their Save It files upon project completion?

    Retention periods don't start until a Save It is closed so this has no impact on when a team is allowed to close the Save It.
