June 2025 UAT - Update Placement of Add to scope button

The L4 "deliverable" has been renamed to "Engagement Artifact or Deliverable" it would need to be updated on the scope preview screen.

Additionally, I think the add to scope button should be at the bottom right hand side of the screen where the Ask Concourse button is right now. I scanned the dummy data and then I went there to add the scope, only to realize that's the Ask Concourse button.

Ask Concourse I would expect to be at the top right of the screen. That's generally where you find help info.
