Offering Definition is listed vs Sub-Offering Definition

Currently when I click "add to scope" the pop-up lists the Sub-Offering name, but then the definition for the Offering vs the Sub-Offering. This needs to be corrected.

Also, be sure to validate the Offering Definitions are the same ones listed in this file shared with Advisory on June 11th. https://pwc.sharepoint.com/:x:/s/US-ADV-CommercialOffice/Efprla09fp5EorkTT9AZyB8B7klQi7HwaZb3jjxt0tLOig?e=1Gzti2

The definitions are too long right now. To make it easier to read at least add a blank row between the definition itself versus the services it includes.

Lastly, consult with the Evolution Office about making the definitions consistent. Right now some say the name of the offering and then services include, others says sub-offerings include:

Hey Jen! To keep you in the loop, as part of the content readiness and offerings definitions work, we have removed the Offering (L3) definitions from the L4/L5 detail panels. This change is in the September release, so look out for it shortly! Please reach out if there are any follow up questions or concerns you may have!

Got it! It might make sense to add an info ("i") icon next to the offering name. When hovered over, it could display a tooltip with the definition of the offering.

Do we know who can provide the definitions for Sub Offering and Offering Detail? Once we have those, we can display them in the detail panel or through a tool tip, depending on whether it's a leaf offering or a node

In the meantime, we can consider hiding the offering definitions until the content is finalized.

Correct, the Offering sheet has just the definitions for the Offerings, but I'm saying the end user would want to see sub-offering/offering detail definitions so they can make the decision of which ones to add to their scope.

If we leave it as is, it's confusing why the title has the Sub-Offering name, but the definition has the Offering name.

If have 5 Sub-Offerings, each of those "add to scope" pages will have the same definition, but different titles and ideally different L4-L6s. I don't think most people will notice the subtle differences since the majority of the text on the screen (the definition) will be the same.

Instead, the Offering definition should be associated with the Offering itself and then later when we have the sub-offering or offering detail definitions, then add those in on the "add to scope" screen.

Thanks for your feedback Jen. Currently we are pulling all the definitions from the GTM offering sheet. The content appears as it is present in the sheet. If the paragraph needs to be changed, that should be updated in the sheet itself.

Additionally, the GTM sheet does not have any definition for the sub offering or Offering detail. I would like to understand more on this one. Essentially a user will be selecting an offering detail, which could either be a sub offering or a sub-sub offering. To show, specific definitions, we would like to have that information in the GTM sheet as well.
