Access to Jira Cloud

I activated my scope and then I received an email notifying me that a Jira admin invited me to my scope. Most people are going to ignore that email until because they won't understand what it is referring to (especially if they were not part of the scoping).

I went back into Concourse assuming I could click the activated scope and be redirected to Jira, but that doesn't appear to be an option.

I then went to the app switcher and tried to navigate to Jira that way, but I just see a spinning icon next to Jira Cloud Business.

Users need an easy way to get into Jira for their project vs having to use the email notification. Plus, ideally the email notification was more descriptive.

Note: it did tell me it may take up to 20 mins to provision when I clicked the activated button. I activated the scope yesterday and then this morning I logged back into Concourse and tried access Jira again. Still didn't work, so I took the screenshot.
