Date/Calendar picker very annoying and causing rework bec/ Sat and Sun are in nonstandard position for US users

See pic. Please have option for US users to have date picker in standard US format of Sunday col first and Saturday column last. The current design is not standard in the US and very annoying. I keep picking the wrong dates and having to go back.

    Also, when you are clicking through the months the arrows to navigate through change based on if there are 5 or 6 weeks in the month. If you are clicking through fast because you know it's a longer project you will click out of the date range and need to go back in. The arrows should stay in the same spot on the screen regardless.

    Thank you for submitting this idea - we’re excited to see the interest it generated! We recently established a Concourse research team that is completely focused on exploring user generated ideas like this.

    Based on the interest in this idea, we are revisiting it and as such have changed the status back to In Review. Our Concourse research team will be in touch as they explore this idea further!
