In Jira Cloud, users can open the PDM Recommended Assets app on each issue—but there’s no way to know in advance whether that issue actually has any assets.
This means users often open the app only to find out there's nothing there, which creates frustration and wasted effort—especially across large numbers of work items. There’s also no centralized view of all recommended assets across the engagement, making it hard to get a strategic sense of what’s available.
A way to preview or surface this information more efficiently would go a long way toward improving the experience, even if this is back in Concourse.
