Offerings static response including ask concourse is confusing

When users ask questions about "offerings" in Ask Concourse, the response includes looking in the Concourse Guide. This can be confusing to the user.

    Responses to "What are Offerings" do still return information from the Concourse Guide, but this is working as designed as Ask Concourse not only accurately defines Offerings, but supplements that with a link to instructions on how to use Concourse to scope with Offerings.
