Intelligent Scoping Results are Confusing

I uploaded a RFP and AI gave me the attached suggestion. I had to really read the results closely and then compare them our Offerings hierarchy to understand that in this situation AI is just recommending I use the Service Planning Sub-Offering underneath the Field Service & Operations Modernization Offering.

I originally thought the offering name was Service Planning and the text below were sub-offerings. Plus, next to each supporting point for using the particular sub-offering, the AI says "the offering.... or this offering..." which is also confusing since it's the sub-offering we are really pulling in, not the entire sub-offering.

Also, by seeing the entire hierarchy of the sub-offering and then the supporting points it makes it at first glance appear the AI is suggesting a lot of content, but really, it's just suggesting one sub-offering.

We need to be able to ground the user so they can understand the info they are reading (e.g., headings, different icons for the different levels, prefixes for the levels, etc.).

I also don't understand the categorization for "enabling apps, Salesforce, SAP". I thought at first it was pulling keywords/phrase from the RFP, but that's not the case either.
