Problem Statement

Pursuit and solution teams spend excessive time hunting for prior RFPs and templates, leading to duplicated effort, inconsistent proposal quality, and slower turnaround on strategic solution plans.

Hypothesis

If we provide a centralized, metadata-tagged repository of RFP documents—with filters for industry, solution type (e.g., SAP Greenfield), modules, client size, and project phase—and allow users to store, retrieve, and pull content directly into new drafts,
then pursuit and solution teams will complete strategic solution plans ≥ 30 % faster, with higher content consistency and reuse,
for proposal managers and solution architects who currently piece together content manually,
we will improve proposal throughput and quality and free up time for higher-value strategy work,
and we will know this is true when the average time to create a strategic solution plan drops by at least 30 % and template reuse rises to ≥ 70 % within six months of launch.
